This residential complex explores how façade design can shape privacy, daylight, and the experience of urban living through a strong architectural identity. Designed as a series of repeated vertical elements, the project creates a rhythmic streetscape presence while carefully balancing openness with privacy for residents.
The design strategy uses vertical fins and layered façade elements to filter views from the street while preserving natural light and outward visibility from within each unit. These architectural frames create curated views toward the exterior while introducing depth, shadow, and variation across the building elevation.
Internally, the repeated façade language contributes to a calm and protected residential environment. The project demonstrates how repeated architectural elements can serve both functional and experiential purposes while strengthening the identity of multi residential developments within dense urban environments.
