This concept project proposes a contemporary headquarters for an investment company, designed to balance corporate identity with openness and public engagement. The project explores how architecture can communicate professionalism and transparency while creating dynamic spaces for collaboration and interaction.
The design is organized around two distinct volumes connected through a carved central void that creates visual continuity across the building while establishing a strong architectural presence. This central space acts as both circulation and gathering space, creating moments of connection between employees, visitors, and public facing functions.
Vertical façade fins shape the building's identity while improving privacy, controlling daylight, and reinforcing the project's clean architectural language. Through its sculptural form and carefully layered façade strategy, the building explores contemporary workplace architecture as both functional infrastructure and urban landmark.
