Located within the forested landscape of Northern Iran, this resort project responds directly to the site's natural topography through a stepped massing strategy that minimizes visual impact while maximizing views and outdoor connections. The project explores hospitality design as an extension of the surrounding landscape rather than an object placed upon it.

The building massing follows the natural slope of the terrain, creating a sequence of terraced volumes that provide generous outdoor spaces and visual continuity for guest units. Large glazed openings, deep balconies, and layered façades improve natural ventilation and daylight performance while responding to the region's humid climate.

Material choices and lighting strategies were intentionally restrained to create warm and calming environments that complement the landscape rather than compete with it. Designed as both destination and retreat, the project prioritizes comfort, connection to nature, and environmental responsiveness while creating memorable guest experiences through carefully framed views and integrated outdoor living spaces.
